- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because the x-ray tech who worked with me was very nice. However, I have been trying to resolve an issue with my bill, with the hospital and my insurance company - good luck talking to someone in the billing department!! No one EVER answers the phone, and you can't leave a message because all of their mailboxes are full. If you get lucky enough to get an extension that you can leave a message on, they won't call you back anyway, so don't bother. I work in Las Vegas and everyone at work said "Don't go to Alta Vista, they are crooks and they have poor service. I defended the hospital and said that I was sure it would be fine. Never again will I walk in those doors. I will drive to Santa Fe before I will go there again! Terrible service, shame on you!!!June 16, 2017by D. H.
